I have been a resident here for about 4 years and the team here is wonderful! Kristen and Brian in admissions go above and beyond to make my stay here enjoyable. Leonard the administrator is very kind, friendly, approachable and caring. My favorite nurses are Desiree, Shyla, Anne, Sylvia, Maria, Nakia and Maura. The activities are fun Isabel and all her assistants are very friendly and fun. Social service Karen is very good! Overall all the staff here feel more like family than employees. I'm happy to be here
This facility has a wonderful team of professionals. Everyone has a great attitude and is very kind to patients. I have a positive experience with the staff.
The staff here lack common sense and empathy . As I was arriving for my visit I seen a CNA or nurse taking a patient to the shower he even told her you always make the water tooo hot please just a warm shower, she looked at him and told him he was exaggerating and should be thankful for a shower, the elder man then shook his head and told her you have no shame and she laughed it off.I have also had this same issue when they put the water too hot with my family member. My 84 year old Father was given incredible care by the CNA , nursing, PT, activities, Dr.s and staff. The CNA/ nursing staff gave one on one care & helped us stay in contact while he was rehabilitated by people who were joyful and loving. The canter is incredibly clean and decorated with monthly cheer! The grounds are beautiful, and they created fun activities to keep him smiling. Thank you for the year of care that brought him home to us to stay blessed. Special thanks Sarah med nurse and nurse Nakeya angels in disguise!
