I’ve been a patient here for about three months, and I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received. The physical therapy team has been especially helpful. They have been very patient with me and have helped me regain my strength. They’ve really supported me through my recovery after hip surgery and I enjoy going to therapy everyday! In the beginning everything about the facility seems fine everyone treats you well and friendly. It’s unfortunate that in a place where people must be treated with kindness and respect get disrespected all the time. I’m a visitor my loved one is a patient there. The things we hear and see from staff are unacceptable. There’s CNA’s that verbally make patients feel bad due to their condition. The case managers from that place are very rude and disrespectful. At peace, we searched and searched for a good place for my mom. Where she will be well taken care of medically and emotionally. We were referred to French Park got a tour met the staff and everyone was so nice and helpful. Maryvic (office) was and I amazing! She helped us transfer her out of the hospital, helped us with insurance papers and after my mom was placed she would visit with mom and help her with the transition. I have been a resident here for about 4 years and the team here is wonderful! Kristen and Brian in admissions go above and beyond to make my stay here enjoyable. Leonard the administrator is very kind, friendly, approachable and caring. My favorite nurses are Desiree, Shyla, Anne, Sylvia, Maria, Nakia and Maura. The activities are fun Isabel and all her assistants are very friendly and fun. Social service Karen is very good! Overall all the staff here feel more like family than employees. I'm happy to be here
