The girl that was making our flowers was very nice and sweet. when we came back to get our flowers they were beautiful and we loved them very much. 10/10 would definitely recommend

OMG!! I can't rave enough about TISH, and the French Florist, of Sonoma!! Long story short...after speaking with Tish, I was at ease for my paniced, " same day delivery", which I needed for my wifes BDAY, at a resturant that evening!! Tish was soooo helpful!!! Her knowledge of flowers, her professionalism, her passion for her job, and her customer service is why im writting this review! I HIGHLY recommend the French Florist for your next floral arrangement needs!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! THEY GO THE EX TRA MILE.
Earlier today, I gave the French florist a bad review and I’m coming back on and changing my review. Sue the owner called me and we had a great talk. They were out of certain flowers and the delivery was a hour. That’s hard on flowers. She offered to resend the bouquet and to make it right. That tells me that this is a business that cares and that wants you to love the arrangement that they make for you. Because she cared enough to call me and talk to me, I will definitely order from them again!
My cousin, in New Jersey sent to me the most beautiful arrangement for my Birthday. I decided to look up these fancy flowers....and to my surprise it was a florist shop right here in Sonoma!! It was a gorgeous arrangement of orange fresh flowers in a short square classy glass vase. What really impressed me is how the well they were packaged in a square monogrammed cardboard box.I used the box to transport in my car to a party...they also came fresh and stayed that way for days! I will definately use them again for my own gif... read more
