My wife and I payed the 100.00 dollar application. They made it sound like we almost had the apartment. They told my wife that someone else payed the deposit and pretty much we didnt get it. I think thats bull shit. I dont recommend anyone ever rent there They suck. They take your money then they give the apartment away. Plus there parking sucks.

Don't Just don't rent from this company. And if you do document and take pictures of EVERYTHING. Unreasonable pet fees and Paul French will increase your rent every year. lived in an apartment for 4 years and he increased the rent every year at 25.00 and the last year it was increased 50.00 with no upgrades to the apartment. The apartment was ice cold in the winter and an oven in the summer. Spiders and water bugs galore with no spraying whatsoever.
