Unreasonable pet fees and Paul French will increase your rent every year. lived in an apartment for 4 years and he increased the rent every year at 25.00 and the last year it was increased 50.00 with no upgrades to the apartment. Really disappointed in French & co, I was given Wrong Information when I would ask about a property, when going to view a property the realtor wasn't aware of the property's condition or that there was wet paint on the walls. We have yet to hear back from French & co on if we were approved or denied on our applications, I would ask how long the application was good for and I would get the answer of 30 days by one person and 90 days by another. applying for a 600 deposit home and then they increase it to 1,600 deposit. Reasons being my credit isn’t high? In paper it states if your credit is 550 or below to explain why, well my credit is past 550 and still requires an explanation?? That wasn’t in the application Also telling me I can’t pay for 800 a months rent, when I bring 2,400 home a month at least. That’s unrealistic.
