You really shouldn't park in a disabled spot without a permit!
I submitted a rental application hours after a property was posted. They called me at 430pm for a previous rental history, pictures of my DL, and asking that I pay an application fee. 20 min later I am told the property is no longer available. It is not unreasonable to expect to be told there is already someone approved on the property but if you want to still go ahead then here are the steps. Avoid at all costs. Pretty shady for them to approve someone for the same property that I was applying for. They had the nerve to call me after they approved the other person and accepted their deposit and asked me to submit an application for the property! Just to make an extra $50, they want to sacrifice their integrity. Great job, French and Co. I'll make sure others don't fall into your trap like you almost caught me.
