Service department is Top Notch. They went above and beyond normal duties to repair my reversing sensor system. It took them awhile to work with Ford engineers to find the problem, but they stayed with it and made the repairs. Kevin Hoxworth is an outstanding service manager!
Service and quick lane department, I cannot say enough great things about these guys. I’ve been bringing my truck here for the last 3 years. Kevin is my guy he is quick,cordial,informative and has the most professional attitude and courtesy I have had encountered up until this point. I can trust the quality and safety of their work, customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!
The service department always fits my trucks in when my oil changes need to be done. They are always quick. Would highly recommend Fremont ford for all your service needs.
