RecommendedHave been living under the Wooten Co. for about a year now. Great company to be with, just renewed another year lease at The Field. Very affordable and good for college students.
RecommendedOakwood Townhomes has been one of the BEST wooten properties I've ever lived at in Springfield MO, and I lived here for about 9 years 90% of that time has been in wooten properties. Mercedes is an amazing manager and she is always on top of any problem with a solution. We enjoy living here so much and will be staying for a really long time.

RecommendedMoved here 10 months ago after selling my home in NE. So glad I choose Oak Court Apts. The other tenants here made me feel so welcome on day one one. The apartments are clean and spacious. A very friendly atmosphere here. Safe and quiet community and friendly management. Grandchildren love coming over to play outside and swimming in the summertime. Happy to be renewing my lease.
RecommendedWe just signed our second lease in a Wooten Company property and we have had a very positive experience with this company so far. They worked it out so we could rent a 3 bedroom apartment at Oak Court, even though my credit was not that great. Not many places would have went that extra mile and we really appreciate everything they've done! Great company to rent from!
