No pressure, nice dealership, 5 stars I always wondered what it was like to have to buy a car in California, but it was much nicer than anywhere else i have ever been thoughout the country! Great Deal We recently bought a new car from Fremont Mazda. Not only did they have to get the car from another dealership, they delivered it to my house the same day. the sales person was incredibly knowledgable and worked with us to find the perfect mazda 3. Iâm thrilled and based on the great deal that we got, so was my wife.
2 1/2 stars... I would give them 2 1/2 stars if I could but I rounded it off to 3. They tried to sell us something we didn't want and that upset me then tried to get us to finance. We changed our minds and just in time before we got stuck with large monthly payments.
Ford Service Debacle Sadly, the service department is very lacking at this dealership. I avoid it like the plague and take my truck up to San Leandro or Livermore for service. Poor communication is the worst offender here. They simply do not contact you in a timely manner about your car and the result pains I went through (having to rent a car) just escalated my car repair cost.
Service review My faith in dealer service departments is renewed thanks to the outstanding service by fremont ford. They were honest, told me what services I needed and didn't and instead of up-selling me, actually lowered my costs by 30%! Also the work finished exactly in the time they said it would, one hour. I put off service just because I don't like dealerships, but they changed my mind.
Friendly, knowledgable and attentive My wife totaled her car the other day and the insurance gave me more money than it was worth, so I thought I would give her an upgrade since sheâs been so depressed about it. Effortless purchase, thanks fremont ford I seriously visited five other Ford dealerships and in the end this was the only dealership that came through with the colors and options I wanted. They are a little far from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive because the monthly are more reasonable than the number other dealers came up with. If they werenât so knowledagble and easy to work with, I would have never gotten the car I wanted.
Fremont Ford â recommended Itâs been a while, but my wife and I were looking for a great first car for our sixteen year old. We met with a lot of salesmen and Gary was by far the best. He was very professional, patient, and committed to finding the right car for our son. Fremont Ford Over the years, I have done business with at least three or four other agencies and never had a better experience than here. I had an appointment for two different trucks at the same time. The service manager took care of all of the things on both trucks that were still under warranty before it runs out in about 1,000 miles. I figure they saved me a bunch of money on future repairs that I would have had to have done anyways. Turned out to be a really nice agency and I'll be back.
