I recently visited **** Fremont's service department for my 2018 **** **** Explorer approx 70k; miles. ************** my overall experience was very bad. I was disappointed that parts were not in stock, ordering them took weeks, when **** got the parts, there was APPARENTLY, a seal missing, then the tech was out sick a couple of days (they only have TWO TECHS????, then the tech quit. I recently visited **** Fremont's service department for my 2022 **** Bronco with only **** miles on it. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very bad. I was disappointed that some parts were not covered under warranty, even with such low mileage, resulting in unexpected expenses. To make matters worse, it took them four months to get my car back, even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. Five Stars! We gave this rating because right from our initial contact with Fremont Ford, to our negotiations with and the financing wrap up with Fabian, we were treated with the utmost courtesy. In addition, the information we were initially given regarding makes/models/costs and estimated payments was spot-on accurate. There was no high pressure. Honestly, the best Mazda dealership ever! I always hated the mindless paperwork of financial information that will rely on your credit report anyway, I'm not sure why they have to make it so seem so pointless and mind numbing. Great Deal We recently bought a new car from Fremont Mazda. Not only did they have to get the car from another dealership, they delivered it to my house the same day. the sales person was incredibly knowledgable and worked with us to find the perfect mazda 3. Helpful Staff, Super good car. I cannot begin to explain how hepful Dave was with this purchase. Both my wife and I had no stress in making this deal, because D made it so easy for us. He was straight forward easy going and anserwed all of our concerns. He did most of the work while we were at home, which was great. Service review My faith in dealer service departments is renewed thanks to the outstanding service by fremont ford. They were honest, told me what services I needed and didn't and instead of up-selling me, actually lowered my costs by 30%! Also the work finished exactly in the time they said it would, one hour. I put off service just because I don't like dealerships, but they changed my mind.
Effortless purchase, thanks fremont ford I seriously visited five other Ford dealerships and in the end this was the only dealership that came through with the colors and options I wanted. They are a little far from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive because the monthly are more reasonable than the number other dealers came up with. If they werenât so knowledagble and easy to work with, I would have never gotten the car I wanted.
