Best car buying experience ever !!! Jim Morrison and Eden Isaac were the best. Jim made sure I get my dream car and explained everything and also answered all my questions about the vehicle. Eden made sure I get the best financing. I highly recommend this car dealership. They will help you find what you're looking for and work out the best deal.
Anyone can make a mistake, but what matters is what you do after the mistake is made. The service manager as Fremont did not make a mistake but someone who did the repairs did. I think it is because they are horribly understaffed. Anyway, I am now a happy camper because of the wonderful treatment I received from the Joshua Delgado. Very pleased!
If I can give a 0 star I would for false advertising. I've been with contact with your internet sales manager regarding a GMC Sierra 1500 double cab SLT that was advertise on your website for $33,500. Your manager says that you guys have the vehicle available came down last saturday and was told that the only vehicle for that price was the lower model. The service department here have always showed me great customer service unlike their sister dealership Dublin Buick which is the worst. It's a shame I live in Brentwood and have to bypass Dublin Buick and drive an extra 40 miles just to receive great customer service.
I've always had excellent customer service. I love my Encore, just wish it came in purple. lol When I need to get my car serviced, they have a shuttle that takes me where ever I want to wait at, usually Newpark Mall. The shuttle driver is very nice and talkative. His driving is a little fast for me, but that might just be me. lol I highly recommend Fremont Buick GMC!!
