Completely satisfied.. nice people I was shopping around. Stopped at 4 dealerships no luck on a deal. I drove 2 hours away because Fremont gmc had the best deal.

Service dept sucks. They don't answer the phones and jobs are not done on time or correctly. I believe they need more qualified mechanics and they are hard to find these days. They also need to call you if they will not get an simple recall done that day. A retired dealer and fleet mechanic said this, 46 years experience.
I'm getting a little scared as to how long my car has been in the service department. Took it in at my app. time Tue. Dec. 5 9:45am. I had to call and call with no answer. Finally they said they'ed get to it by Thurs. Never got a call back or amswer to my calls. I went in Sat. and they said it would be serviced Tues the 12. Still no call or answer to my calls. Had it fixed there in Oct for the same traction control light on. At least they gave me a rental but would sure like my car back.
Worst dealership, went to look at a truck. I liked it so I had them run my credit and I signed paperwork. They told me they didn't have the title and that it needed a few parts before I can buy it. Waited 2 weeks for it to be fixed and was calling about twice a week. By the 3rd week I called again and they said it was ready but they also said they sold it to someone else and they sold it for 2000 less than what I was going to pay. No sorry just oh we sold it. I appreciate his expertise and adeptness at understanding our needs at the time. Every person we have encountered has been professional and courteous.
