Worse car I’ve ever bought I have had to leave it 2 twice in 3 months last time they had it for a month this time it’s going to be more than a week they have to tear the whole engine down to find the problem I wish I never bought a Buick.

They tried to advertise and sell me a 2018 cts v that was in a accident. Both bumpers had dripping paint. Side panels were repainted. Somehow they certified it. Shows what kind of dealership this is. And after waisting my time driving out there to see it. Manager promised me a great deal. And after seeing all the defects it had they offered 500$ off. Huge disappointment!!! Cant trust a dealership like this. Dont go here.
Worst experience ever! Bought an Escalade CERTIFIED 3 weeks later having troubles with transmission and check engine light turned on! A new car certified, they are selling vehicles that are not on good conditions. To SELL they are fast but to help with the horrible things they sell they won't return calls. Also as others have said they are good to missed guide you. Purchased a package of $1500 and that ended up being $4000. Really bad service. Do not recommend buying here go somewhere else save you money !

They are rude and pricey. I had a coupon and I couldn’t use it because it was under my sons name. The car use to be under my sons name and I took over payments. When I first made the appointment I requested for a shuttle. At arrival they said they couldn’t provide me with a shuttle. So I walked 2 blocks with my 2 year old grandson to get something to eat. I rather go to Dublin where they make me feel at home and I will save $40 and wash my car.
