:( Always used to get kids meal with slush & snow balls. Kids loved it... sign still the same on the menu yet now they say if you get a slush then no snowball.... well if you are going to change things then you need to change the sign. Very disappointed.
Got the chicken salad last week. It was good. Not great but worth getting again. Wanted half chicken half egg salad today and was told “we can’t do that” when asked why I was told “that’s theirs and I can’t break it” whatever that means. A shame. A little customer service would have me returning weekly. I was even willing to pay an up charge. Plenty of other places to eat lunch.
My boyfriend and I had banana splits last night and they were super yummy!
They got good and milkshakes
Three times I have gotten home with only half my order. They always say come back and we will fix it. 12 miles round trip. Poor management. Ice cream is good.
Fries were nice and hot. Burger wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Disappointing since I went out of my way on the way to the beach because my last trip was so good.
Me and my husband just left there maybe 10 minutes ago with a butterfinger milkshake, strawberry milkshake and blue raspberry snow cone. While drinking my strawberry milkshake it tasted weird and noticed that it has small chunks in it. When I spit it out there’s butterfingers inside my strawberry milkshake.... let’s just say this pregnant lady isn’t to happy!!!!! This is my first and last time going here next time I will take the extra miles and go to Brusters!
Poor customer service! Not to mention when asking questions about something you intend to order, in return you get an attitude and a loud mouth! Never will I ever spend another red cents at that dump.
