Went in with my mother and children for ice cream. We ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes with nuts, a chocolate sundae and a banana split....total order was almost $20. All the sundaes looked like they had been put in the microwave and melted down, and the banana split had NO BANANA!!! All the cashier told my mom was that she was sorry, didn’t offer to make her another one or if she would like anything else to make up for the banana split. RecommendedThe Freeze has been around forever. My Buddy in his 60s grew up in Conway and went there as a kid. He introduced me to this place and I got a simple Burger and Fries. The Burger was Awesome and I usually do not eat fries but theirs is cooked just right and have a ‘crunch’ to them. Very glad he suggested it. I definitely will go back.
