Came to Honda Freeway 2 days before sat with Elvis Aleman tried to go over what I could offer and felt he thought I was joke. When we asked what is the best he could do he dismissed us and said "we don't do that here" I felt like I was wasting his time and he stated you aren't because this is my job. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. I AM HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THE REPLACEMENT AIRBAG AND IT SEEMLY LIKE THE HARDWARE IS LOOSE. VIBRATES LIKE CRAZY.
