a very cool place, for those who like to hang in the dark.
This companies Ortho Film is mis-cut and not able to be used. Customer service consists of sending back the individual sheets unusable for replacement. Due to the hassle of consistently having this problem of inconsistency in you product, I expected more. My school will indeed buy elsewhere from now on.

Ordering was very easy! I really, really, REALLY hope you guys don't stop shipping C-41 kits like B&H did. While I have friends in your area who might be willing to ship supplies to me from the store, it's much easier for me order and just have it shipped to Georgia!

Needed an opinion as to which inkjet paper would best match scans of my Bromoil prints. I sent a scrap print and received a number of example prints from their scan. This is hugely helpful and a level of customer service one seldom sees these days. Guess where I'll be buying all of my inkjet paper!
Love these guys & gals! Always happy to take time to explain the products & just to chat about photography in general. Even though I'm brand new to the medium, I never feel condescended to, here (unlike my experience at a certain other store in Hollywood that shall remain nameless).
Exceptional customer service with an amazing, knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff. Best go to for traditional film supply, and quality photo paper and print information.
