Freeman’s Heating & Cooling has been servicing us for a few years now, and I’m always pleased with the work they do. They’re always quick to respond and always prompt whenever anything is needed. Josh has always been great at follow up, explaining anything, and making sure his customers are taken care of. Greg Ennis is very thorough & efficient in his job, and always looks out for the customer as well. The local customer service can’t be beat, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

We got back from vacation and our AC had stopped working. I left a message for Josh at 8:30 am. He called right back and said he'd be out by 12. He got here sooner and by 11:45am we were up and running again! Thank you, Josh, for great work and customer service!
