Emily Ellenberger is terrible! No wonder this company’s Google reviews are hitting rock bottom. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not a company I would recommend.

Hi, I am the grandson of one of the old owners at River Side South Apts. I was just wanting to say congrats on the purchase of the property and please take good care of them. I hope you all fix them up and make them look nicer before the purchase. My grandpa founded them in the 80s' and they were very important to him. I hope you guys do a great job.
