Hi, I am the grandson of one of the old owners at River Side South Apts. I was just wanting to say congrats on the purchase of the property and please take good care of them. I hope you all fix them up and make them look nicer before the purchase. My grandpa founded them in the 80s' and they were very important to him. I hope you guys do a great job.
We have been loyal residents at Windover for almost ten years now. We are giving this company two stars as we like the location we are in and the current staff is very responsive to complaints and requests. We are renewing for another year, although our rate is super inflated given they have done nothing to improve our unit in the past year.
