I called tonight to say my husband stepped on a bottle & probably needed a tetanus shot. Realizing that it was close to closing time, I SPECIFICALLY said, “if my husband drives over there (from Carthage) & arrives a minute before closing, could he still be seen?” The nurse said “Yes.” So he went rushing over there to find the place locked up & lights off. Very frustrating & disappointing service!

Horrible bedside manner. Treated me like they thought I only wanted drugs. I would have been happy with a doctor's note to let me sit down at work. Instead of listening, would try to explain away my symptoms and then admitted he probably couldn't diagnose it anyway. I just got up and left.

Walked in, right in to see Dr & got taken care of immediately! Impressive!
We have made 5 visits since opening and absolutely love the staff! Each time we go (between 3 different kiddos) we have been seen quickly, diagnosed properly and treated with respect.
If I could give you a zero right now I would! Thank you to the healthcare "professional" that just looked my crying 10 year old daughter in the eye and turned her away. My husband showed up 3 minutes after closing with my daughter that we suspect has a broken arm. We had called to tell them we were on the way. They were EXTREMELY rude to them, to the point that now my daughter doesn't want to go to ER or EVER STEP FOOT in Urgent Care. So, yeah...thanks for that!
