Dr. Freeman performed Mohs surgery on my nose. I was not prepared for this. When he injected my nose for numbing, it was very painful. I had to lie there feeling blood running down my face as he cut into my nose, then go into another room and wait. Later, the same day I went back for him to sew my nose back together. I could see his hand going back and forth and listen to Dr Freeman and his assistants laughing and talking about some one's cat having kittens as though I wasn't there.I feel this was crude and uncaring I think ... read more
Dr. Freeman was nice enough and very quick. I gave 3 stars because in the waiting room I had to endure Fox News on their TV. I let the front desk know that not everyone feels welcomed and comfortable if that garbage channel is on. It is a reason for me not to use certain practices ever again. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Dr ramagosa is the best... always listens to the patient genuinely cares and always has a pleasant demeanor and smile on his face. I trust him with my care implicitly. If it means anything I have to go every 6 months and he usually freezes at least 10 to 20 places and every time I look forward to seeing him LOL
