The customer service in the local office is POOR . Your lack of communication to customers is POOR. Not being able to reach the local office via phone is POOR. After a cancelled service you can't even pick up your property within a reasonable time, after cancelling the service Feb 10 I still have the tank with no date for a pick up. They do not respond to email or voice messages left on the mangers cell phone who stated "I always answer my cell" No wonder why people are cancelling their service with Freeman/Superior.

Freeman Gas in Landrum, SC is non-responsive when you call them. They do not return phone calls. They constantly say that they are busy. I have been trying to get parts for my system for a month. I had to make 3 calls to get someone on the phone since Phillip Ravan will not return phone calls or get his secretary to respond. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS.
