Never again! A 10:30 appointment & wasn't ready until the afternoon the next day. No update calls, I called them. No loaner car. Part was $119, my bill was $500! On top of it when I went to go get my car to leave, they didn't know where they parked it. "Just press the panic button on your key, you'll find it" My vehicle was too far to even do so!
I can not stress enough how terrible this establishment is. Their customer service is nonexistent. I was passed around to four different people during my 7 hour (YES, I SAID 7) visit, all of which looked miserable to be working with me. I ultimately ended up negotiating with Wally, and he was the worst of them all. I was totally ripped off & although I love my car, I will definitely be heading to a different Ford when my lease is up. Save your time, and money and head somewhere else!
I purchased my 2016 Ford Focus yesterday and received amazing service. John B. Helped my fiance and I find the perfect car and the owner helped us with an amazingly affordable rate!
