Car was here multiple times and they can never seem to resolve any issue.
Big Jim K. was great, no pressure. Service Dept, Mike W. was very nice.
I am pleased with my Escape, but have found the service dept. disappointing. I had contacted the service dept. last summer about a recall on door latches and was told I would be contacted when the parts arrived; I am still waiting for that phone call. Recently I brought the car in for a possible coolant recall and asked that my car be washed since they would need it all day.
