We have just purchased our 3rd car from Freehold Ford and have been blown away by their outstanding customer service yet again! This time we had the pleasure of being helped by Steve Jarzyk. Bunch of punks run the place. Will try to rip you off. Would honestly go anywhere but there again. Do not waste your time!
Horrible experience, agreed on a price, last minute tried to sneak a $2k rise in price with the total (taxes and fees included). GM kicked us out when we questioned them. AVOID - there's plenty of other dealers in the area who are eager to accept business. Absolutely horrible.
Wouldn't buy a Matchbox car from them! Worst experience ever!
