Worst dealership ever. Been a lifelong Volkswagen driver today I took my car in the service express garage for the THIRD time to get an oil change. Every time it's been "we're booked up we have to schedule an appointment." Then WHY do you have an Xpress bay on your garage it's FALSE ADVERTISING as far as I'm concerned. I hate saying this but go to three Rivers if you want anything done being from Morgantown this dealership is like having NO VW dealership at all.
