This is this worst experience I have EVER had with insurance and billing. I was quoted a price for my deductible and then I was surprised to find out that I was responsible for the ENTIRE bill. I then set up a payment plan and NEVER missed a payment only to be sent to collections when I only had $500 of the $1700 left to pay. I will NEVER use this facility again. Worst customer service ever. I would give no stars if I could this is the worst experience EVER!!!!!!
The patient care that we received from the ER nurse Rebecca on Sunday morning was the worst care I have ever witnessed in a hospital or doctor setting. She paid no attention to the notes that her predecessor left before she arrived for the 7 o'clock a.m. shift. She was not helpful nor was she sincere. I would take my husband anywhere else before I would go to the Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights Texas.
The labor and delivery wing is more like a jail rather a hospital. They made my sister and our family’s whole experience really stressful. I completely understand following rules and protocols but the way they are inconsistent with these said rules is unacceptable. I have never experienced a medical center with this many rules and regulations. Also, the staff that follows these rules portrays them in a rude manner. OB staff in the Women's Center are trash. Who talks about a patient with an ear shot so they can hear them? It's not like there are rooms but curtains that separate patients. I've NEVER heard of a hospital calling CPS on a mother when their other kid(s) are in the room/area while in delivery. What if that mother has no other choice? RecommendedFriendly staff.. only had to get a pre-job physical and they were quick! The only wait I experienced was waiting for the doctor to come in. Overall, would definitely recommend!

I went with my son feeling horrible and with fever and they literally made us wait like 3 hours(it was empty) just to check our pulse and send us home with a 350 dollar bill I most definitely wont be paying. The doctor was very mediocre and didnt want to do even an urine test for my son after I took him to a pediatrician and he came out with a virus. Would not recommend this place, they are lazy to help.
RecommendedI am so impressed and pleased by the care and quality of this hospital! I had my baby there just yesterday and the nurses are by far the best! I would like to also thank Dr Lobaugh for delivering my baby girl!
