I am in the ER in Seton at this moment with a Possible Foot Fracture! They did not even have the decency to place me in a room! I am in a conference/ observation room right off the main floor! I am in a lot of pain, and all they have done so far is prop my foot in a chair, give me an ice pack and take an X-ray! I don’t even have a bed to lie in while waiting!! Definitely do not recommend. I called to find out with their Covid precautions what I needed to do to get a cd of my US 2 years ago. They assured me that I can come in anytime between 8:30 and 4:00 and it would take 10 minutes. Cool. Because I cannot drive and have to reply on other people so I’ll pick it up on my way to my yearly US. Get to Seton and they said that the person already left for the day. 30 minutes later nothing. I have NEVER had a good experience here. Ever. They have no idea what the hell they’re doing.

Bad attention with the people, haven’t installation for care people and they send to you another hospital and is the same not give attention only said wait. I Never back to freedom urgent care.
I have been waiting for 2 hours and I checked inside the clinic and seen multiple ppl go in and out
