RecommendedEarly in the month of March I was admitted to Seton HH. I spent 4 days on the 2nd floor. The Doctors, Nurses, RT , Housekeeping, Food Service everyone did a great job.
RecommendedI had my open heart surgery when I was 4 at what is now Dell Seton Medical Center and in 2018, I had my internal heart monitor inserted at Seton Harker Heights. Recently, I had a medical emergency and was given a choice and decided to go to Seton in Harker Heights because I remember the care I recieved when I got my heart monitor placed. The nurses and doctor was very nice and I will go to this ER when I experience any emergency for now on. Everyone was very understanding nobody had an attitude.
So I recently received a letter about 3 1/2 months ago. This is also me calling numerous times after receiving the letter that basically told me it was my fault that SENTIMENTAL Jewelry close to $800 was not returned to me after my hospital stay. Jewelry that was and still is very important to me because both my Older Daughters bust their behind to buy me. Recommendedas of right now @11:16 pm on March 28, 2020. the person screening people into the hospital ER has been coughing none stop since I got here. and on top of it all they are clueless and won't pass on any real information about patients. and won't let my grandmother's power of attorney be with her to make the decisions that need to be made. this place used to be the go to hospital. now they are nothing more than murderplex 2.0.
RecommendedSeton has more compassion and truly care about you. They will give you 100% regardless of you having insurance or not. I wish they would expand
