So glad i chose to store my things here
I didn’t have a problem with the Storage company itself, but with the insurance company that Freedom Self Storage uses. I had a dining room set worth approximately $800 water damaged. It’s a tall table with tall stools. The bottom inch of the table legs rotted from the water. If I cut the legs, the chairs won’t fit. The set is an old collection and isn’t made anymore. So the set is useless. There is about a 5 inch space along the inside of the unit that has no concrete. It’s exposed dirt. Water was able to get into the unit ... read more
