I experienced the absolute WORST customer service at Freedom RV Travel Center, Inc in Slinger, WI. I took my pop up camper for a new canvas and repair of rotted wood in the 'front' due to broken/disintegrated caulk on the front of the camper. I'd repaired the seam issue about 8 years ago, but continued to use the camper until the wood in the roof disintegrated where it was unusable. I paid over $1500 for the repair.
