Have had problems with the camper. Can’t blame most of them on freedom. Their customer service has been ok. They have tried to an extent but never went above and beyond by any means. Not sure I’ll ever by a keystone again.
We purchased a Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser “Woody” edition back in October from Freedom RV. Nick and Kevin were fantastic to deal with. They were honest, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. This was our first camper buying experience, and they made it great. They checked all of the systems in our camper prior to delivery, and so far, everything has worked flawlessly. I bought a Jayco camper last year. Ever since I've had nothing but problem. I've hauled it there almost 6 times there last year to get things fixed. Now again I have to take it there to get fixed again. Why should I have to spend my time and money taking it there continually to get fixed. They won't send one of there guys out to fix it. All I here are excuses. I'm done. I just want a working camper where things aren't broke. They did call me and hopefully things get fixed the right way.
