I want to thank Freedom RV for your kindness and willing to help me out in a jam. I lost my crank to my Colman pop up camper right when we were leaving for my daughters birthday camping weekend. Well, they do not stock parts for Colman campers but after a brief description of the part I needed, they were able to find a part that would get me through the weekend. My wife and I have owned 1 travel trailer and 5 fifth wheels over the years, each unit purchased from a different dealership because all but 2 were purchased used. The staff at Freedom has been the friendliest, most knowledgeable and honest that we have ever worked with. Every camper will need service or have problems at some point. Went to numerous RV shows over the last couple months looking for the right camper. We were not satisfied with what we found. We decided to go back to where we bought our last travel trailer, and it was the right move. Freedom is awesome to deal with and makes everything so easy. We found the right camper in just an hour. Had it purchased by the end of the week. Nick and the team are the best to deal with, hands down!
Bought our 2nd ever 5th wheel on our way home from Florida after seeing it online. A used Cougar X-lite which was a step up in size with the floor plan we wanted. The salesperson Kevin said if something "bigger" would go wrong with this 2015 unit "They would work with us". The unit was said to be lightly used and out of warranty. We enjoyed our new unit most of the summer including a trip to Custer Wyoming. When we got home we inspected the unit to see 4 almost balled tires.
