We went to purchase a travel trailer just moving to ******. We were shown several new travel trailers as we shared we had good credit and were looking to purchase a trailer to live in. We were shown a used 2014 Keystone Laredo which we liked much more than the new ones which were the same decor and very basic really. Buyer Beware, this place will take your money and not stand behind their work.This is a safety notice for those concerned about safety on the road. Freedom RV installed a tow bar incorrectly on my 2005 ******, and the tow bar became detached from the *** The car slapped around the back of the *** and when I was able to get the rig to a stop, I found out the hitch pin was missing. I brought in my coach to have extensive work done, knowing it'll cost thousands of dollars. The main issue was a slideout alignment and rewire issue, to include numerous other unrelated issues. In short, they refused to work on my "entire" coach. Stating the slideout wood was too water damaged to work on. And they didn't want the liability. I admit, I was upset. Follow Up After our purchase we had some issues with the trailer that we purchased, but Freedom worked hard, especially Brad and the service team, to fix the problems and make it right. One piece of advice, if you are purchasing a used item, insist on a pre-buy inspection so that it will be fully up to spec when you get it. It is worth the additional charge.
good Freedom RV helped us find a beautiful RV for the family. We have 3 young kids and love to visit grandma and grandpa and it is very comfortable doing it in an RV! I definitely recommend Freedom RV to everyone!
