Rude! Horrible customer service and service shop..... After dropping my Kia off without an appt. to have the battery and battery terminal checked it took 2 weeks before we heard anything. I called several times and they always made excuses for why they hadn't gotten to it yet. I couldn't drive it so there was no point in picking up to take it elsewhere.
