Fees on top of rent over $120 per month, roach infested, cannot actually talk to a person, repairs take nearly a year. HORRIBLE
Horrible. They only interact with you via their website, and their website is broken in so many ways. They send you emails, but replies bounce.
This company is incredibly disorganized. I called the number on their website to schedule a showing, they told me they couldn't help me (something about they weren't the ones to create appointments) and said someone would reach out. The person reaching out said they couldn't help me and I needed to call the same number I already called again. Ms. ******* was in communication several times from 8/14-8/17 with our property management office about a property that had several applications on it already. We take great effort to only take application fees from one applicant at a time in order to not waste applicant funds if a property is already rented. Ms. ******* was informed that we would let her know on Monday the 17th as to the availability of the property. She was informed on the 17th that the property was rented.
