All I know so far is they don't answer the damned phone. It's sure not very comforting not seeing or talking to any sort of councilor. Wth?
Horrible place. Do not send your loved ones here. The people running it only care about their paycheck and the guys housed there get high and drunk and get no help with their addictions. The ones who try to change end up living miserably or relapsing there. Please don't let them.
