Unfortunately my regular service personnel who was wonderful is no longer with Freedom Honda! So after not being acknowledged by 5 service personnel, one being the “manager” oh yes when I asked if someone could help me, she said she was on her to me to help, hmmm she must have meant after her conversation with a fellow service personnel.
