When I Go to the trouble to make an appointment for an Oil Change and Tire rotation arrive a little early and am told it will be complete in an hour, why am I still sitting here almost two hours later when there is no other problems with the car?
I’ve had a chance to work with Chris and Dylan. They helped me to get yeh car I wanted and it was such a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend to seek Chris to get you dream car and the process is an easy one since the brand is a great one giving amazing driving experience and quality.

I have never been to a dealership like this! We purchased a certified used car at a great price with a warranty. The staff is friendly and inviting, then they invite us back for a catered customer appreciation dinner with vehicles on lifts for displays and Honda Techs around to answer questions and let you see under your vehicle for a change. Plus they gave out official Honda gear. Best dealership ever �
I bought a car from them at the end of June and it has been nothing but headaches. So many things wrong with the car and promises that were not kept! I am totally disappointed in my purchase from Freedom Honda. I have also had MULTIPLE of their employees be rude to me or give me an attitude when they have made a lot of mistakes during and after the transaction. I would NEVER recommend them and i would caution people from buying a car from them!
Be honest. Knowledgeable sales person and fairly smooth process. HOWEVER, they tried to sneak in an EXTRA THREE MONTHS on my lease without telling me. Only at the last minute when I was about to sign did someone quickly mention it was 39 not 36 months. When I asked why, the guy said he guessed someone in finance needed to do that to get my monthly payment to where I wanted it. I said I would not sign. I filled out application online for financing. Sure they were quick to respond but since my credit is not optimal I was told by phone by sales woman who was relaying the message from I assume was their finance person "you have to put thousands down". To which I responded how many thousands? she didn't have the right anwers. So either they were saying it to send me away or they are just lazy or both.
