Don’t buy from here. Customer service is not a priority, your left hanging with excuses and empty promises. I have been in my home for over a year and still can’t get stuff fixed. I have a detailed video of all the damage when it arrived at my property. Took two months to get a hot water heater that worked. The block around my home is cracking. The contractor destroyed our back half by driving it into a road and through our neighbors field. They left it almost 5 days before moving. Then told us we had to deal with it or wait two months for a new back half. We had been waiting almost two months after closing before they attempted to deliver them. Needless to say it took almost 10 months to get into our house after closing date. In total we waited almost 13 months from the day we started our loan application. At this time, we have contacted the factory, and they will be scheduling a date to address the remaining issues and concerns with your home.
We bought our home from freedom homes, one of our good friends started on having a house built from ground up the same time our home was brought out... his house was not only complete but he was living in his new home well before freedom homes got our home complete. The contractors was AWFUL!!! They was very rude, disrespectful, lazy, and to top it off done so many things WRONG! One of them had the nerve to blame us for our underpinning getting blown out by wind which happened a week after he put it up bc he didn’t frame it ... read more
