I am writing this for my 83 year old mother because she's unsure how to handle this situation. She went to Freedom Healthcare for server knee pain. They performed Unilateral Procedure which was to relieve the pain she was experiencing. That evening after the numbing went away the pain was even worse than before she went into the office. I have changed my name so I do not get retaliation for this honest review; First off, I need to say the nurse is a good nurse, she was professional and did her job well. Now for the facts; when my wife and I arrived for our first visit, we were taken to a room where a large man talked to us. We assumed he was a nurse because he talked with authority but never identified himself as anyone. We lost faith in him when he stumbled for words and just said “it’s some Latin word”. This place really helped me! I definitely saw improvement and am so thankful. The staff were also super easy to work with, overall amazing place definitely recommend!!

I have called this company four times. Two during business hours and was not able to speak to anyone. Left message. Two calls were after hours and left messages that I wanted an appointment. I have insurance and knee pain. I am a legit prospect. However I would not trust medical attention based on very poor Customer Service Skills. Be ware.
