Huge ripoff. The salesman promised my elderly, disabled mother that the excess would pay for her loan and lower her electricity bill. Then pressured her to sign the contract before anyone else had a chance to look it over. She is on a fixed income and now is struggling to pay her mortgage, pay for her care, etc. Great business practice!!
Came to my door yesterday and today. Both times said Im not interested. But, the thinking of two young kids is to talk trash to the person they are trying to convince to buy a product! SMH
I do not recommend freedom forever or any solar company. I had my system installed with the enphase sunlight backup in late 2022 and early 2023 is when my system failures began most likely due to the discontinued enphase system. The many failures in 2023 in 2024 and in 2025 all resulted in losing complete power to my house because of the system not working properly. I have the company solar program start 10/2021 . They put almost 40 pics solar panels on east side roof of my house. Now I paid $183/month solar panels loan and even over $350/ month electric bills. You can see only save $9 from solar power On the bills. I claimed the problem on 2023 . No body deal with the over $50000 case . I only can crying
