Matthew is my contact and from the beginning we hit it off. I already had 22 panels and Matthew showed up with a plan for me to optimize the usage. The plan was simple and it involved the installation of a battery backup and 16 more panels. I was paying 160ish to the electric company even with the 22 panels on the darn roof. Their customer service is absolute joke. Have fun waiting for 3 months to get a service appointment on non-operable 3 year old solar panels. Need a part replaced? Cool. Have fun waiting on hold for 2+ hours only to be told they can't make you an appointment until they order a part and its physically in the warehouse. Then have fun calling back another 2 hours only to make another appointment for 2 months out.

Was promised to be off the grid with battery back up system an still have not gotten that an now no one seems to want to answer emails or the sales rep dosent respond or answer either phone or text messages an freedom dose seem to care about the customers !!!!
