We had our system installed last year July-September. Our install went fine no issues, however, our Power Wall battery has been going off line. I called back in May 2025 to report a problem and the service appointment was schedule for a month later. The guy came out June and “fixed” the problem. Two days later the battery was offline again. I had to call twice to get another appointment. They scheduled it another month out, July. It is hurricane season here….I need control over the power wall. Very poor customer service i have to wait 30 plus days for anything to be done about the problem they are fully booked and can't help me at this time...who says that to a customer...they think 30 to fix a problem is reasonable time frame...its a joke...im paying way to much for solar panels that aren't help me at all
Garbage service Not even a first bill yet and I have to wait 2 months for service to fix a brand new install, who cares if I already switched my electric plan and get screwed right ??
