Our system installation was smooth. Fast forward 3+ years and our system is no longer working. They’ve claimed bankruptcy and aren’t honoring service issues.
Huge ripoff. The salesman promised my elderly, disabled mother that the excess would pay for her loan and lower her electricity bill. Then pressured her to sign the contract before anyone else had a chance to look it over. She is on a fixed income and now is struggling to pay her mortgage, pay for her care, etc. Terrible business practice!! Predatory!
Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Solar goes out in December, they say no one can help me til April 20th, then 2 days before they come? They cancel. Still haven’t heard from them. Please someone help me
This pathetic company took advantage of my family and I literally at a time when my son was dying from cancer. They saw our vulnerability then took advantage of us. Saying we would have peace of mind, knowing the system was completely free. That was a huge LIE! Executives from this company knew the third-party contractors (Freedom Pros) they hired was lying and falsifying documents and now they want to file a bankruptcy.
Just an update: 4 months later and my panels are still not fixed. I've spent another 4 hours on hold. This company still sucks beyond belief. Can't encourage you enough to NEVER USE THEM. Their customer service is absolute joke. Have fun waiting for 3 months to get a service appointment on non-operable 3 year old solar panels. Need a part replaced? Cool. Have fun waiting on hold for 2+ hours only to be told they can't make you an appointment until they order a part and its physically in the warehouse. Then have fun calling b... read more
