After spending close to a half hour waiting to report this to a live person. I will report it here. Your van driver in 894426 was going 15 to 20 over the speed limit while not using blinkers and cutting people off. As a person who has driven company branded vehicles for a lot of years this is a person who is the face of your company. This occured 3-31-26 at around 11:20am CST on I 45 in the right lane of traffic
Complete clown show! They are not insured. Project delayed for 6 months, then they proceeded with work without permits . The plans they proceeded with had panels being installed on sidewalk. The bracket placement was off causing damage and water leaks in our roof. There is no customer service. Biggest mistake we've ever made with damage to our house that has taken years to overcome.
Worst company ever , they take forever to answer calls. My solar panels have not been working for the past 6 months and when the technicians come they never give a call they are in their way. Their communication and service is the worst. I recommend to stay away from solar panels it’s the worst investment. For sure stay away from Freefom forever.
The worst company ever, never trust them they installed the solar system in my house and lied about the payment i tried to contact the sales person never heard back from him. Basically After they install and collect the money good luck to catch them if you have any questions. Do not connect your bank account to their payment processing company it’s called Mosaic they will change the payment on you at any moment
Matthew is my contact and from the beginning we hit it off. I already had 22 panels and Matthew showed up with a plan for me to optimize the usage. The plan was simple and it involved the installation of a battery backup and 16 more panels. I was paying 160ish to the electric company even with the 22 panels on the darn roof. So he had 160 to play with and got me the above with room to spare. Now I pay the monthly connection fee to the electric company, that we all.have to pay but thats all.
