Had a great experience at Ford Lincoln of morgantown. The staff was super friendly and willing to do what ever it took to get you into the vehicle you were wanting. Matt was there to greet us at the door was a terrific experience dealing with him very accommodating and easy to work with. Overall was a stress free experience. Thanks again

I got the lowest APR I have had on a car in years, plus I was able to get some of the highest warranty packages all under what other dealerships could offer! Great dealership. As a first time car buyer I was a little nervous coming in here but the guys at this establishment, especially Travis who helped me the whole time, made the experience very easy and fun. This place was worth driving 3 hours for me and I’d recommend it to someone who wasn’t too sure.

Bought new ford escape and it came up over heat warning pulled over shut if off started back up with no warnings. Took to dealer they said can’t find anything wrong and cleared code. Sent it out. Did it again and same thing. This time took it back a third time and has been in shop for two weeks have called several times and they say someone will call. That has never happened. Stay clear of this dealership. As I looked at a new ford f350 they have definitely made my mind up on not to buy anything from them.
