Earlier in the week, I visited the dealership without a clear idea of what I was looking for. Upon entering the sales lot, my boyfriend and I were warmly greeted by Patrick, who treated us with utmost respect. He demonstrated exceptional patience and understanding, providing invaluable assistance and listening attentively to our needs. Poor customer service, EXTREMELY POOR, I took my 2 year old Maverick in for yet ANOTHER recall, this time it was the rear differential. No issues there, the parts came in approximately 2 weeks later, while I took the truck in, I also informed them of a sound in the exhaust, they called me about a week later stating that I needed an entirely new exhaust system from the catalytic converter all the way back and heat shields.
