Had a membership mostly for the pool and didnt use it. Then I learned there is Acqua fitness classes. Joining these means I now attend as there is a structure. This gave me the enthusiasm and routine I needed to book and do lap swimming. Now I alternate swimming laps with the classes and I am feeling so much better mentally and physically. Without my authorisation, they deducted 252 dollars from my bank account on multiple occasions. When I discovered this and requested a refund, they made every excuse to avoid it. Please do not use this fraudulent institution.
