Very impressed!! Was able to come in for a walk in the day I called. They were very professional and looked up all my insurance information for me and had in on file before I got there. Tracy was very professional and friendly!! I will def be coming back every three months. Thank you!!
Love Freedom Family Dentistry! The staff is very nice, and Dentists are awesome. My son (3) has his first dentist appointment today and they were all so wonderful with him.
Had waited for at least two months to go to see the dentist. We left from White Oak Road/Butler Road area right after my son got home from school lil late, we were stuck in the traffic, and GPS got messed up a little. I quickly sent a msg (I'm deaf by the way) to receptionist to let her know that we'd be lil late because of traffic and GPS glitch. So I had to focus to make it to the dentist safely. Laura, we appreciate your feed back however when patients arrive half way into their appointment time we can not safely and appropriately treat them.
Great Dental team. I've always had a good experience @Freedom. Like finding a great mechanic or barber.
Both my girls loved it there. They helped my oldest conquer her fears and actually get seen. Loved every step of the process to help them both feel 100% sure about each step. Did not make them nervous about what was to come next and explained it all.
I feel like the Dr and his staff run a very good practice.
