I am very scared of dentists and usually when I go in have to be sedated. However, at freedom family dentistry they worked with me and kept me calm. I didn't even need to be sedated to have my tooth pulled. Dr. Neibauer is awesome! He is excellent at what he does. I will gladly recommend him to others!
I have worked in the Dental field in the past for over 14 years and I must say this is a great dental practice! From the moment I walked through the doors (actually from the 1st phone call) everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed! Then there's Dr. Justin!!! Even if I did have to have a crown ☹️ he was awesome and I left there very pleased!!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Neibauer and his staff. The level of compassion, care and professionalism is off the charts! If you require dental care as a long-time patient I strongly recommend Freedom Family Dentistry!
I was not able to make another appointment today because I was told I had to pay half in advance, no exceptions! She also did not give me a receipt or copy of my credit card transaction for the $350.00 I paid today. When I got the treatment plan on December 19, 2016 nobody told me payment was required in advance to schedule appointments! This information would have been nice to have ahead of time, since it would require me to pay an additional $350 today! Very disappointed today with my checking out experience!!!

I was in so much pain and they fit me in within 1.5 hrs and extracted 2 teeth. The staff are friendly and real. My new dentist!! I would recommend this office anytime.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Neibauer and his staff! They were able to squeeze me in twice this month for unexpected/emergencies and took care of things right away. Dr. Neibauer took time to explain things to me and make sure I understood everything that was going to happen and why. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars! ��. Thank you Freedom Family Dental for taking such good care of me this week!! �
