Several members of my family, including myself, were nervous about dental visits. A friend referred me to Dr. Neibauer. I was very impressed with the compassionate service his practice has to offer. Now my whole family goes! Thank you so much!
I am very unhappy with my experience at Freedom Family Dentistry. I went there to have an exam/x-rays and I was overcharged. It clearly states on their website that they are running a special for new patients on exams/x-rays. When I called to get refunded the difference, I was given three different excuses by three different people as to why they couldn't do it. That is extremely poor customer service.
