While FreedomCare does assist clients in receiving their CHC Waiver, the management team in Pennsylvania appears to lack a clear understanding of the CHC waiver process itself. It's a great company it provides the care I need and allows my daughter whom I trust to help me with my daily needs and it allows her to have a little extra time with me and my granddaughter. Thanks Freedom Care.
