This place is definately the most unorganized place I've ever contacted. There are 3 or 4 people contradicting what the other people said and one excuse after another for the process to not move along. You need photo id and selfie, birth certificates and proof of residency but yet if you have a new ID, you need fingerprinting? For what? If your id was expired, they can't take it but if it's new, they can't take it? I started 7/14/2025 and so far it has been a wonderful experience.
Freedom Care and their people have been excellent, personable as well as so very helpful. I am now fully trained and helping a dear friend in a time of great need. They have given me the Freedom to Care, for a friend indeed; Thank You, Freedom Care!
Update: I had to move to a different county a couple months ago and my mother wasn’t moving in with me and she was going to be living too far from me so we had to end it with freedom care but then we were told we could put it on hold because we would only be gone about a year. I was very happy that they told me I could put it on hold instead of having to start all over after the year. That was awesome.
