While FreedomCare does assist clients in receiving their CHC Waiver, the management team in Pennsylvania appears to lack a clear understanding of the CHC waiver process itself. This creates confusion and frustration for both employees and clients. Unfortunately, the company culture does not seem supportive. Employee concerns are routinely ignored, and questions are often met with hostility. It's a great company it provides the care I need and allows my daughter whom I trust to help me with my daily needs and it allows her to have a little extra time with me and my granddaughter. Thanks Freedom Care.
