When freedom care people and I were finally able to connect it went well. Only issue I have is that there are unexpected things that come up in daily life and without my caretaker losing weekly time or I losing the help I need, it would be nice if the dates and times were more flexible for both of us.
The staff at Freedom Care have been excellent. I take care of my god mother and they made the process go smoothly and made us both feel confident starting with training for me and being great at follow up with any questions she had.
