WORSE GMC DEALER.... Brought my Hummer Alpha last May 31, 2018 to be fixed. It's now July 16, 2018 it's still at Freedom GMC Odessa... Made multiple calls to service dept, put me on hold and said will just call me back for update. Wrote review online, they said will address the issue. Send email to General Manager Justin Johnson, but got no reply. Chat an agent last Friday, said will address the issue. Chat other agent today, the same questions were asked and adviced. Until now, I got no update still.....
Wonderful Sales and Customer Service! Summer Wheeler went above and beyond in helping me get a deal which i feel was most excellent that, may have not received anywhere else! I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership!
