Most incompetent staff ever. Ever since my kids pediatrician moved to this clinic, we’ve had problems with their front desk staff. They stopped updating my son’s info since 2022, and made it look like it was my fault for it. I even got banned for telling them about themselves, and they took my children away from their pediatrician of 15 years. I truly hope their whole clinic goes under.
Front desk took 9 days to get back in touch with us, and were very rude when they decided to. If you're a new patient, just find a new PCP.
I couldn't even get past the application process with how rude and annoyed the front desk staff behaved answering the phone. I bet the Doctor was nice but that front desk staff,made me immediately find care elsewhere. If disrespectful and aggravated tones are how this place interacts with patients, I refuse to receive care here.Truly Awful and disgusting.
Always a welcoming greeting by the receptionist, fairly short wait time, lab staff also warm friendly greeting, my nurses (Courtney, Mikaela), PA (Kaitlyn Miller), & Dr’s. (Roberto Garcia & Ernesto Garcia) spend time listening and not just talking & rushing you out like many do. They are all top notch & stay on top of text requests in their messaging system. Check our staff fast & efficient & facilities are very clean and beautiful. I almost look forward to going back each time because they make you feel like family!
