We were all sick so I tried to use the Waitr app for the first time ever in my life… over an hour had passed the waitr customer service was not being helpful so I called your store location and they informed me the order had been ready and sitting there. I decided to pick it up myself. And because the order had been there so long your staff offered to remake everything so that I had the freshest food possible. Freebirds World Burritos is not just burritos! The staff is always fun and friendly. I enjoy that they are encouraged to display their own quirky personalities. There are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. They do community fundraisers and theme days. Tattoo Tuesday is one of my favorites. Free chips and salsa for showing off your ink!

RecommendedFirst time here. The food was good, loved the queso, the staff was helpful and very friendly. But the restaurant was surprisingly quite dirty, although there were very few people in the restaurant and 3 workers in front of house. We picked the cleanest dirty table. Quite a turn off. I would give it another try, my husband would not. He said the bathroom was dirty also.
