Be aware that if you want their $5 hybrid burrito special (2-6pm daily) in a bowl, they can only make it in a tortilla. When asked which tortilla I wanted, I told them it didn't matter since I'd be throwing it away and the manager on duty insisted on making it in a tortilla anyway. How absurd. I could understand if their cost for the bowl was more the tortilla and foil but she gave me the bowl too. Oh well, I still love their burritos, hence the 4 stars but really?
Bland food. Chipotle is much tastier. $15 Carnitas burrito Rev it Up dinner plus a beer and one rice crispy treat for fundraising = $20 + tip. Not worth it. Gave it 2 stars for decor and music.
I have been a Huge Fan of Freebirds for some time. The food is AMAZING but tonight there was an employee and a manager that went over and beyond to make Everything perfect and I just want to say Thank you soo much! These two guys gave us the BEST customer service I have EVER had! I would give 10 Stars if I could! #FreebirdsRichardson

Excellent, Everytime. If, God forbid you think something is wrong or they aren't being super friendly enough, ask... Lol. Ish is dope.
